Filing a takedown notice

To report infringing content, send a notice via the contact page including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
  • The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on FanDistrict
  • Your name, address, email and phone number
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised

What happens next

On a valid notice we remove or disable access to the reported content promptly and notify the uploader. The uploader may file a counter-notice if they believe removal was in error.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice with the same identifying information plus your consent to jurisdiction and a statement under penalty of perjury.

Repeat infringers

Accounts with repeated valid copyright complaints are terminated in accordance with our policy.
