Cancellations

Cancel your subscription anytime from your account's subscription history. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued for cancellation alone.

When we refund

• Duplicate or accidental charges — refunded in full.
• Content not delivered — if you paid but could not access the subscribed content and our team cannot fix it, we refund the affected period.
• Within 7 days of first charge — if the service materially differs from what was described at purchase.

What is not refundable

• Content already accessed or downloaded
• Partial months after content access
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms

How to request

Send your account email and payment reference via the contact page. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
